Summit Working Groups

Three public/private working groups have taken on the challenge of turning the strategies and recommendations in the 2006 Summit White Paper into policies and practices throughout San Diego County.  The groups coordinate with each other through the Conservation Action Committee, a long-standing committee of volunteers dedicated to water use efficiency.
