CONSERVATION ACTION COMMITTEE
(CAC)
The Committee was created in 2002 to promote water conservation by creating a communications forum for
discussing programs and ideas to facilitate water use efficiency in multi-family residences and other applicable
customer groups. The purpose of the committee is to obtain support for ideas in water conservation
and to promote public awareness through communication.
