The Conservation Action Committee was created in 2003 to accomplish the following goals:
- Encourage industry to conserve and develop tools, programs and systems within their industry that promote water conservation
- Provide a forum for industry leaders to share the information they have developed for conservation
- Promote working together for solutions and success with conservation
